1. Service Description

Sandton Streets ("the Service") is an AI-powered platform that generates web applications based on text descriptions provided by users.

2. Payment & Plans

• Launch Special (R299): One-time payment. Includes 30 days of hosting. After 30 days, you must subscribe to a monthly plan to keep your app live.
• Standard (R99/month): Monthly recurring subscription via Braintree/PayPal. Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support.
• Pro (R199/month): Monthly recurring subscription with priority support and custom domain. Cancel anytime.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans.

3. Cancellation & Expiry

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation, your app remains live until the end of the current billing period.
• After expiry, your app will display an "expired" banner. Data is retained for 90 days.
• You may reactivate at any time by subscribing again.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Apps are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the output will meet specific requirements.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content generated by the Service, including text, prices, descriptions, and functionality.
• We are not liable for inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content generated by the AI.
• You may edit your app's content using your Admin PIN after generation.

5. Hosting & Uptime

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by server issues, maintenance, or third-party outages.
• We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must not use the Service to generate apps containing illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (email, app descriptions).
• Keep your Admin PIN secure. We are not responsible for unauthorised edits made with your PIN.

7. POPIA Compliance

• We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• We collect only the minimum data required: email address, app description, and payment reference.
• You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@createyourapp.co.za.
• We do not share your data with third parties except for payment processing (Braintree/PayPal).

8. Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sandton Streets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
